The past weekend, my family and I along with friends visited Niagara falls for a one night stay. We got a fun pass and went to Clifton Hill, where we went to the Midway, the Haunted House, a Ferris Wheel, Ripley’s moving theater, Ripley’s Believe it or not Museum, etc. We also went indoor sydiving, and rode a helicopter. We stayed at the Hilton Hotel. It was pretty fun.

Trip to the Hospital
July 20, 2009 · 1 Comment
Today, I had to go to the York Region central hospital, to have an MRI scan done on my left wrist, to check if it was cracked or not. Painfull stuff. Anyway, the MRI used a powerful magnet, so no metal could be taken into the scanning room, so I had to change my pants, because of the zipper. The pictures below. Honestly, look at me. I can make anything look good on me. I mean, look at me!

Niagara Falls Trip
July 20, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Today, my Dad and I, along with a few friends, went to Niagara Falls, Ontario. They’re visiting from another country, and we wanted to show them one of the more memorable Canadian places. These waterfalls happen to be the biggest in the world. We live in Toronto, so it was a two hour drive there, and I spent most of it playing Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops. When we got there, we parked, had lunch, and spent a few hours admiring the falls.

I just got a new cell phone!
June 30, 2009 · Leave a Comment
On Saturday, my dad got me a new cellphone, a sony erricson c905, because of my amazing report card term 3. The cellphone rocks! It has an 8 megapixel camera, and a ton of other cool features. It’s like my old cell phone, a sony ericsson k750, just an updated version, and it has a gravity sensor, so when I’m playing games like Need for Speed, I can steer the car I’m driving by steering the phone itself, like a steering wheel. It’s a slide phone too, and looks cool.

Halloween 2008
November 2, 2008 · Leave a Comment
As we all know, yesterday was October 31, otherwise known as Halloween. This year, I was going to be a nerd/geek, but I ended up being the Joker. We went Trick-or-Treating for about an hour, before going to dinner at a restaurant. I got a good deal of candy, but it was less than last years amount, which was depressing. I went with my family, and I thoroughly enjoyed scaring my sister. Most of the time we were racing from house to house, trying to get there before the other one, and then we competed to see who would get the most candy. What was unique about this Halloween is that even my parents dressed up, which was a change. Can’t wait till next year!
Below are some pictures of the event:

Wonderland Again!
September 1, 2008 · Leave a Comment
Yesterday, I once again went to Canada’s Wonderland with my dad and friends. This time, though, my main goal was to go on the Behemoth, which I did. I also went on Flight Deck, Jet Scream, and The Mighty Canadian Mine Buster. We also had our Caricatures drawn and got air brush tatoos. We went from 10:30 a.m. to around 2:30 p.m. I have to say that the Behemoth was the best part of the trip. It was fast, big, long, and fun. It was an enjoyable day. Can’t wait to go back!

What would the world do without the Internet?
August 8, 2008 · 4 Comments
Have you ever thought about what would happen if the Internet was taken away from the world? Millions of people would be stripped of a large amount of their entertainment. Every online store or/and company, like eBay and Amazon would be destroyed, and people would not have the pleasure of shopping online anymore. File sharing would become much, much, much more difficult, especially in the case of emailing. Attaining news would become harder, especially for people who don’t have any television access , newspapers, and/or access to a radio. Communication would become more toilsome, since there would be no more chatting, emailing and VoIP ( Voice over IP). Advertising would become harder, and there would be no more online banking, and people could not deliver their payments online ( e.g. PayPal). Support in many issues, like health support by the government and technical support by companies for their products could not be given. Numerous people would lose their jobs, because the jobs are based on the Internet. So let’s ask ourselves: what would we do without the Internet?

The African Lion Safari!
July 28, 2008 · Leave a Comment
Yesterday, my dad and I, along with friends, went to the African Lion Safari. It was a very interesting place for a number of reasons. To begin with, we went to the drive-through. There, we drove along a long path where animals of all types were roaming free. We saw lions, cheetahs, rhinos, giraffes, ostriches, monkeys, and many more animals. I’d have to say that the seeing the monkeys was the high part of the trip. They jumped on to cars, sat on them ( even on the mirrors), walked around on them, and banged on the roof. We fed the monkey’s a great deal of food, from chips to banana peels, which we weren’t supposed to do, and in return we got a few warnings, from the people who worked there. We then continued to drive on until we came upon a herd of buffalo. We drove on until the buffalo decided to go onto the road in front of us, blocking our path. We were stuck there for a long time.
After the drive-through, we had lunch, and then we took the African Queen Boat Tour. It showed us the many amazing animals inhabiting the numerous mini-islands of the safari. After that got an elephant ride. We then went to see the Birds of Prey show. We left early because we wanted to see the elephant show and we wanted to secure ourselves good seats. The elephant show was quite interesting. The four elephants there performed a number of neat tricks like standing up on their front feat and their back feat, slam dunking a basketball, playing soccer, painting, and many other things. Once again, we left the show early because we wanted to attend the Parrot Paradise show. There a number of different birds, from parrats to crows, did things like recycle bottles and cans, run obstacle courses and ride bikes, fly, and entertain us by talking and singing. It was quite a performance.
The African Lion Safari was an amazing place, and it is also very educational, and I think that everyone should go there at least once.
